This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") developed and published by MobileUps (Shahar Ben Hayun) ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and any other distribution platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Docs Viewer, DocLens Pro, PDF Editor Pro, PDF Reader, PDF to Word Converter, Text Viewer, App Lock, Place Reminder (GeoReminder), WindShield – Wind Protection, WiFi Guard, Indoor Navigation, Room Detector, Flash Alerts Ultimate, WhatsApp Cleaner, Share Apps, Block Blast, Ghost Hunt, Hextris Classic, Tower Stack Classic, Sokoban Puzzle Master, Trivia Brain Test, Thai Lottery Checker, Space War, TechHub, and LocalMind.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect
Our Apps do not collect, store, process, or transmit any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
- Passwords, financial information, or payment details
- Social Security numbers or government-issued identifiers
- Contacts, messages, call logs, or browsing history from your device
- Precise GPS location (unless explicitly stated for a specific App feature)
Our Apps generally do not require user registration or account creation. However, some Apps offer optional integration with cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive), which requires signing in to those services. This sign-in is handled entirely by the respective service provider — we do not receive or store your credentials.
Note: Some Apps access the camera or stored images for specific in-app features (such as document scanning or security intruder detection), but this data is processed and stored locally on your device only unless you explicitly choose to upload it to a cloud storage provider.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our Apps and integrated third-party services may automatically collect limited, non-personal technical data:

1.3 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Our Apps may store data locally on your device, including:
- User preferences and settings
- Cached content for offline use
- History of actions performed within the App (e.g., files opened, searches made)
- Scanned or processed documents and images
This data resides only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
1.4 App-Specific Data Handling
Certain Apps handle additional types of data due to their specific functionality:

2. Device Permissions
Our Apps may request the following device permissions to provide core functionality:

All permissions are optional. You may deny any permission and still use most App features. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
3. Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data collection:
3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, usage data, and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

3.2 Google Firebase
We use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring:
- Firebase Analytics — Collects anonymous usage statistics
- Firebase Crashlytics — Collects anonymous crash reports and stack traces
- Firebase Performance — Monitors app performance metrics

3.3 Google Play Services
Used for in-app billing, licensing verification, and core Android functionality.

3.4 Google ML Kit (On-Device AI)
Some Apps use Google ML Kit for on-device machine learning features:
- Text Recognition (OCR) — Extract text from images and documents (Docs Viewer, DocLens Pro, PDF Editor Pro)
- Barcode/QR Scanning — Scan barcodes and QR codes (Thai Lottery Checker)
- Language Identification — Detect document language for translation features
- Document Scanner — Automatic edge detection and perspective correction
- Translation — On-device text translation (Trivia Brain Test)
All ML Kit processing occurs entirely on your device. No images, text, or documents are sent to Google or any external server for ML processing.
3.5 Cloud Storage Providers
Some document Apps offer optional integration with cloud storage services for file backup and synchronization:
- Google Drive — File backup and cloud sync
- Dropbox — File storage and sync
- Microsoft OneDrive — File storage and sync
Cloud sync is entirely optional and only activated when you explicitly connect your account. Files are transferred directly between your device and your own cloud account. We do not have access to your cloud storage credentials or files.
3.6 Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Some Apps use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. FCM may use an instance ID token to target notifications to your device. This token does not contain personal information.
3.7 Google Maps & Location Services
Location-based Apps (such as Place Reminder) use Google Maps and Google Location Services for map display, geocoding, and geofence management.

3.8 Google Play Games
Some game Apps (such as Tower Stack Classic) integrate Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements.

3.9 Facebook SDK
Some Apps may integrate the Facebook SDK for analytics and ad attribution purposes.

3.10 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
We use the Google User Messaging Platform to present ad consent dialogs in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations, allowing you to control your ad personalization preferences.
4. How We Use Information
Any data collected (as described in Section 1.2) is used solely to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality
- Improve App performance, stability, and user experience
- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues
- Display advertisements to support free Apps
- Deliver push notifications for relevant updates and alerts
- Synchronize files with your cloud storage account (when you opt in)
- Process in-app purchases for premium features
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share any personal data with third parties. The only data shared is anonymous, aggregated technical data with the third-party services listed in Section 3, solely for the purposes described.
When you opt in to cloud storage sync, your files are transferred directly between your device and your own cloud account (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive). We do not have access to these files.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
6. Data Retention
We do not store any user data on our servers. All locally stored data (on your device) is retained until you:
- Clear the App's data or cache
- Uninstall the App
- Delete the data manually within the App
Third-party services retain anonymized data according to their own retention policies:
- Firebase Analytics: Up to 14 months for user-level data
- Firebase Crashlytics: Up to 90 days for crash reports
- Google AdMob: According to Google's data retention policies
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data, including:
- Using HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network communications
- Processing sensitive data (camera, files) locally on-device
- Not storing personal data on remote servers
- Sensitive data (such as lock passwords and patterns) is encrypted using Android EncryptedSharedPreferences
- Cloud storage connections use OAuth 2.0 authentication — your credentials are never stored in our Apps
- On-device AI/ML processing (OCR, barcode scanning) ensures your documents remain private
- Biometric authentication is handled by the device OS — we never access or store biometric data
- Following Android/iOS security best practices
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Background Location & Foreground Services Disclosure
The following Apps use background location access and/or foreground services to provide continuous functionality:

You are always in control:
- Background location can be revoked at any time: Settings > Apps > [App] > Permissions > Location > "Allow only while using the app" or "Don't allow"
- Foreground services display a persistent notification so you always know when they are running
- All location and monitoring data is processed locally and is never transmitted to our servers
9. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through our Apps, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
10. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Laws)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
10.1 European Economic Area (GDPR)
- Right of Access — Request what data we have about you (none personally identifiable)
- Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your data
- Right to Restrict Processing — Request limitation of data processing
- Right to Data Portability — Request transfer of your data
- Right to Object — Object to data processing, including personalized advertising
10.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)
- We do not sell personal information
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- California residents can request disclosure of data collected and request deletion
10.3 Brazil (LGPD), Japan (APPI), South Korea (PIPA), Thailand (PDPA)
We comply with applicable local data protection laws. Since we do not collect personal data, most provisions are satisfied by default. For specific requests, please contact us.

11. International Data Transfers
Anonymous analytics and crash data may be processed by Google (Firebase, AdMob) on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. Google complies with applicable data transfer frameworks. By using our Apps, you consent to this transfer.
12. Advertising & Ad Personalization
Our free Apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support ongoing development. These ads may be:
- Personalized — Based on your interests and browsing activity (via Google's advertising network)
- Non-personalized — Generic ads not based on user data
To opt out of personalized advertising:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
- iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads
13. Links to Other Sites
Our Apps may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
14. Open Source Libraries
Our Apps may use open source software libraries. These libraries are subject to their own licenses and do not collect personal data through our Apps.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
